It was towards evening and it has just stopped raining when I came across this scene...there are always road shots but the color of the freshly but unfinished paint coupled with the deep shadowy blue drew me into the shot. The graphical galactic look gave this rather mundane subject life and as for the title it will remain an enigma to me...
